PACKAGES & PRICING

Pine Creek Cabins offers packages to enjoy our grounds and the surrounding scenery with also keeping your budget in mind. If additional guest accommodations are needed, arrangements can be made based on our availability. Our goal is to truly make this the most memorable experience for you. Our events can start at 10:00 am and must conclude by 9:00 pm. Our guest count is 50 people maximum at this time. Prices shown below are for a 6-hour block of our venue for your ceremony and reception. Pricing and availability are subject to change without a signed contract.

Event Coordinator
        Coordinator is responsible for being available for contact throughout planning process if questions arise. Coordinator is on-site during your event. Coordinator is also responsible for all set up (of items listed above), breakdown and clean up.

  • Bridal en suite for bride to get ready (studio cabin with king bed, full bathroom & full length mirror & accommodations for a 2 night stay. No kitchen in the suite but a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster are provided. (Check in time: 1:00 pm)

Cabin Rental
  • 3 cabins with full accommodations for a 2 night stay. Cabins include: The Emory (sleeps 4 guests), Sycamore (sleeps 4 guests) & The Pinyon. (sleeps 4 guests). Sycamore-Pinyon is a duplex comprised of guest room Sycamore and guest room Pinyon with separate entry.

*All packages are subject to sales tax. Credit card charges are subject to a 3% processing fee per transaction. Event liability insurance is required. Caterer & bartender must be licensed.
